Editorial policy
How Auralog guides are written and maintained.
This policy explains who creates our content, which sources we use, how product claims are checked, and how corrections are handled.
Ownership and purpose
Auralog’s guides are written and maintained by Aberfeldy Studios, LLC, the developer and publisher of Auralog. They are intended to help readers organize observations, understand product features, and prepare clearer questions or histories.
Product information
Instructions about Auralog are based on first-hand use and checks against the current app. Version-specific features are identified when availability matters. Screenshots come from the Auralog product page or current release materials.
General health information
When a guide needs broader context, we prefer established sources such as government health resources, major medical institutions, peer-reviewed literature, and recognized headache organizations. Sources are linked where the related information appears and collected at the end of each guide.
What we do not claim
Aberfeldy Studios is a software company, not a medical practice. We do not label content as medically reviewed unless a named qualified reviewer has actually reviewed that page and their credentials are shown. Product observations and possible associations are not presented as diagnoses or proof of causation.
AI-assisted work
Editorial tools may assist with research organization, outlining, or copy review. Aberfeldy Studios remains responsible for the final page, verifies product claims against the app, checks links and sources, and does not publish generated medical claims without source support.
Updates and corrections
Guides show publication and update dates. We update a page when product behavior changes, a material source changes, or a correction improves accuracy. To request a correction, email adrian@aberfeldystudios.com with the page URL and the point that should be reviewed.
Commercial relationships
The guides are published to explain Auralog and may link to its App Store page. Auralog does not accept paid medical endorsements for these guides. External sources are selected for relevance, not because they paid to be included.
