Press KitAuralog 27.0

Migraine tracking for the moments when tracking feels impossible.

Auralog is built around a simple idea: capture everything you need in the moment, with every record ready to review or add to whenever you choose. Planned for September 2026, Auralog 27.0 brings that calm, low-effort experience to Apple Watch and deepens its integration with Siri, widgets, and Live Activities.

The Auralog idea

Save now. Log later.

Most trackers ask for attention at exactly the wrong time. Auralog starts by respecting that reality.

Auralog was shaped by founder Adrian Eves’s lifelong experience with migraine and the friction of tools that ask people to form a logging habit. When an episode starts, even a simple form can feel like too much.

So Auralog separates capture from documentation. One tap records the moment. Details such as severity, treatments, symptoms, possible triggers, and notes can be added on the person’s own terms. The result is a calmer record that bends around the user instead of asking the user to bend around the app.

Auralog carries that philosophy through Apple’s platforms. Essential actions live on the wrist and through Siri, Shortcuts, widgets, and Live Activities, reducing the distance between “this is happening” and a useful record.

What’s new in 27.0

Built into the moments that matter.

The update brings a complete Apple Watch app, dramatically expanded Siri and Shortcuts support with rich visual results and onscreen awareness, a more customizable Risk Outlook, Live Activities, Home Screen widgets, history search, and support for Portuguese (Brazil).

Apple Watch01

Track from your wrist

Auralog users can now start, update, and end a migraine, add remedies, medicines, and triggers, and check Risk Outlook from Apple Watch without reaching for their iPhone.

Siri + Shortcuts02

More Auralog in more places

Auralog brings rich visual results, awareness of onscreen content, and more natural actions to the all-new Siri experience through deeper App Intents integration.

Risk Outlook03

Context, not false certainty

Risk Outlook combines recent sleep and local weather to help people understand the context around their day, with more sources on the way.

Systemwide04

Useful at a glance

Widgets, Live Activities, Smart Stack support, and Apple Watch complications keep timely information close without demanding attention.

Natural language05

Natural words, less friction

Auralog helps extract the triggers a person names from natural-language descriptions using Apple’s Foundation Models framework, including on-device and Private Cloud Compute models where supported.

Languages06

Auralog supports four languages

Auralog supports English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese (Brazil), with a localized app and App Store experience for each.

Designed for personal insight. Auralog helps people capture and better understand their own migraine history. It supports more informed conversations with healthcare professionals without trying to diagnose, and Risk Outlook offers context rather than certainty.

Product experience

Designed to lower the cognitive load.

A quiet visual hierarchy, accessible controls, and flexible ways to capture information help Auralog stay useful without becoming another demand. These are authentic app screens in Apple-provided device bezels.

Accessibility

Considered from the beginning.

Auralog supports VoiceOver, Voice Control, larger text, dark interface, sufficient contrast, reduced motion, and ways to understand information without relying on color alone.

Privacy People’s migraine histories are stored on their devices, not in an Aberfeldy Studios account or database. The developer cannot see what people record, and migraine-entry contents are not included in app analytics.

Ready-to-use copy

Auralog, in three lengths.

One line

Auralog is the migraine tracker that lets you capture everything you need in the moment, with the option to review it or add details whenever you’d like.

Short description

Auralog is a thoughtfully designed migraine and headache tracker built around “Save Now, Log Later.” People can capture a migraine with a single tap on iPhone or Apple Watch, while Siri, Shortcuts, widgets, and Live Activities keep Auralog close at hand. They can add context and review patterns on their own terms.

Boilerplate

Auralog is a thoughtfully designed migraine and headache tracker from Aberfeldy Studios, LLC. Built around the principle that logging should not compete with rest, Auralog lets people capture a migraine with one tap and add detail whenever they choose. It works across iPhone, Apple Watch, Siri, Shortcuts, widgets, and Live Activities, helping people record symptoms, treatments, triggers, and context, then review their history on their own terms. Auralog supports English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese (Brazil).

Questions

Useful context for coverage.

What makes Auralog different from other migraine diaries?

Auralog is designed so people do not need to form a logging habit at all. Its “Save Now, Log Later” flow lets a person capture everything they need in the moment and, if they choose, review the record or add detail later. That same flexibility carries through Apple Watch, Siri, Shortcuts, widgets, and Live Activities.

Does Risk Outlook predict a migraine?

Risk Outlook brings together recent sleep and weather information to help people understand the context around their day. It does not promise that a migraine will or will not occur, and it is not a diagnosis.

How does natural-language trigger capture work?

People can describe triggers in their own words, and Auralog helps extract the triggers they mention using Apple’s Foundation Models framework on supported devices. The feature does not diagnose conditions or offer medical advice.

Can the developer see what I record?

No. The developer cannot see a person’s migraine history. Records are stored on the person’s devices, not in a developer dashboard or database, and their contents are not included in app analytics. People remain in control of when they export or share them.
